This interactive course has been designed to offer attendees a practical comprehensive step-by-step guide to the Food Standards Code Australia and New Zealand (FSC) and associated labelling guidance.

The FSC regulates the composition and labelling (which includes advertising) of foods, both in New Zealand and Australia. Within New Zealand, the enforcement of the FSC is the responsibility of MPI, Food Safety Officers and verifiers. The verification criteria and audit topics stipulated by MPI have been used as the foundation of this workshop, offering the attendee a practical approach to label compliance according to the verification requirements of a risk-based measure.

What an absolute pleasure it was to sit in your presentation and not even once got bored instead became very captivated and has a renewed perspective over the whole labelling subject which in the past I always tried to dodge!!!

The content of the course and your presentation style 10/10!!!

I would strongly recommend that every EHO or food act verifier (especially TA’s) get this training (Could MPI not impose this on TA’s)
